About Our Founder

Erika Storrs

Erika Storrs is a coach, consultant, and strategic facilitator with comprehensive experience in entertainment & broadcast media, corporate, and nonprofit settings. She has earned the reputation as a candid coach and a credible thought partner to executives and founder-led organizations. Erika draws upon her deep experience to focus her coaching process on negotiation, persuasion models, leadership and communication frameworks, and adult learning best practices.

For Erika, the essence of coaching is partnering with clients to help them flourish and thrive. Her approach emphasizes goal-setting, pragmatism, action-oriented business solutions, and accountability. Through effective listening skills, asking the right questions, and her intuitive nature, Erika helps her clients delve into the layers of any issue, challenge, or situation. She challenges and influences leaders to shift their thoughts and behaviors to drive success as their management and strategy responsibilities evolve in our rapidly changing global economy.

Erika holds an MBA with a concentration in HR from Baldwin Wallace University, as well as a M.Ed. in Counseling and a bachelor's degree in Psychology from Cleveland State University along with being SHRM-SCP certified and certified in team development.  Erika is known for her unique ability to connect and inspire individuals across divisions of race, culture, age, gender, socioeconomic status and other socially imposed boundaries.
